You are granted a limited, revocable license to use Contractors Junction as long as you comply with these Terms.

You may not use Contractors Junction for:
Illegal activities
Harassment, abuse, or spamming
Data harvesting or scraping
Misrepresentation, including false identities
Posting on behalf of third parties, agencies, or lead-generation firms
Personal gain beyond the intended free listings and advertising system
Any account found using false information or third-party postings may be suspended or permanently terminated without refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Contractors Junction complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
By creating an account, you affirm that:
All information provided is accurate and truthful
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
You are not creating accounts or posts on behalf of another party without authorization
Contractors Junction reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including false identity or third-party posting activity. Contractors Junction is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
Effective Immediately
Any entity that sells, routes, or resells leads/calls/traffic; marketplaces; directories; agencies; networks; affiliates (“Lead Generators” or “LGs”).
Free Use
Licensed contractors listing their own services with verifiable NAPW (Name, Address, Phone, Website on a business domain).
Paid Use
Lead Generators, marketplaces, directories, agencies, and affiliates.
During listing creation, submitters must declare that they are the owner/operator of the business (not a lead seller or agency).
Contractors Junction may request verification before or after publication, including:
Business license or registration
Business-domain email or website
Fixed business phone number
Website or email domains indicating marketplaces/lead networks (e.g., Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, Porch, Networx, Bark, Yelp, or similar)
Generic “lead” or “marketplace” subdomains
Call-tracking-only sites or redirect pages
Listings without verifiable business websites (no Facebook/Maps-only links)
Declining the owner/operator declaration
If an LG listing is detected and no paid access license is active, Contractors Junction may:
(i) set the listing to pending
(ii) apply noindex,follow
(iii) request payment
(iv) remove the listing — at CJ’s discretion
Repeat or deceptive behavior may result in account suspension or termination. (See Acceptable Use.)
Lead Generators wrongly flagged may submit proof of owner/operator status (e.g., state license, utility bill, or official site imprint). Approved appeals restore free status.
Fees for LG access or promotional placements are for access/placement time windows and are non-refundable once live, except where required by law.
To post legally on behalf of multiple businesses, agencies and lead generators must purchase a Contractors Junction Lead Generator Access License.
$30/month per state category
or $300/year flat rate (unlimited state categories)

Non-transferable and non-refundable once active

Notice:
Posting on behalf of clients without a valid paid license constitutes a violation of CJ’s Terms and may result in listing removal or account suspension.
Paid access or promotional placement does not equal endorsement.
Contractors Junction:
Does not endorse, guarantee, or verify claims made by advertisers, sponsors, or Founding Sponsors
Is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any advertised services or products
Disclaims liability for any outcomes, damages, or losses resulting from interactions with advertisers or sponsors
Users interact with advertisers and sponsors at their own risk. Users remain solely responsible for verifying qualifications, licenses, insurance, references, and other credentials before engaging any advertiser.
A “Founding Sponsor” designation is symbolic recognition of financial or promotional support for Contractors Junction Free Classifieds LLC.
It does not constitute endorsement, validation, or guarantee of goods, services, qualifications, or reputation.
Founding Sponsor status does not imply partnership or exclusivity.
Contractors Junction may modify, suspend, or terminate any portion of the site at any time without notice.
The platform is provided as-is. No guarantee of support or maintenance is offered.

All intellectual property related to Contractors Junction belongs to Contractors Junction Free Classifieds LLC, except for user-generated content.
User content may not be used outside this platform without permission.
The term “contractor” is used broadly throughout Contractors Junction to describe businesses, service providers, and individuals within the construction and related industries.
Its use does not imply that every listed party is a licensed or certified contractor in the legal sense.
Contractors Junction does not promote, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any advertiser claims.
Listings and ads are paid promotional placements only.

We review reports and may suspend or remove offending content pending investigation.
Users and contractors must conduct independent verification of references, licenses, insurance, and claims before hiring or transacting.
These Terms and the Founding Sponsor program may change without notice. Continued use of Contractors Junction constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
Contractors Junction provides structured data and paid ad placements only.
Editorial content (articles, blogs, or news) is for informational and educational purposes only.
No article or post represents professional advice (construction, legal, financial, or otherwise).
The site and all services are provided “as-is”, without warranty of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or alter access for any user at any time, without notice.
